Zonal Service Manager
Summary :
- As a core member of the Service team, the service manager will be primarily responsible for setting up and running after sales service operations of smart phones in India.
- This position is a key specialist role managing the warranty, after sales services for electronics (smart phones) Products and including management of Service partners, Walk-in Centers, and Spare parts logistics.
Roles & responsibilities:
- The formulation of overseas service policy, and to streamline the organization;
- The data of different business departments, provide business improvement and readjust the opinion, cooperate with the company internal resources, and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Leading the service readiness of new products in the country or region
- The management, supervision and evaluation of the local after-sales agency.
- Overseas after-sales service contract signing and negotiation
- Solving customer complaints, coordinate after-sales agency to provide a satisfactory solution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language
- 8 + years of relevant working experience in mobile phone field service but not greater than 11
- Familiar with India mobile phone after-sale business
- Adapt to short-term expatriate work
Location: North, East, South and West.
