- Business Plan Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish a robust retail network in the South Zone.
- Sales and Distribution Management: Lead the establishment of the B2C sales and distribution network across the zone. This includes identifying, onboarding, and managing super stockist, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Team Management: Responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of field sales executives.
- Marketing Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product preference within the zone. Work with the marketing team to develop localized marketing materials and coordinate promotional events.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Conduct market research regularly, using competitor information, trends forecasting, and consumer preferences to shape sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and building relationships with key customers in the zone.
- Network Expansion: Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the distribution network.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of Retail Business on regional operations and market dynamics
