Zonal Sales Manager (Unsecured Loans)

Sales Head:

About the role: The role will essentially require selected candidates to manage a zone independently with 200 + Sales force and requires a high level of business ownership to grow and manage the operations of the Company in the particular zone.

Expectations/ Requirements:

- Responsible for the merchant cash advance Sales in the zone

- Good understanding of financial services business, particularly distribution of financial products viz Unsecured Business Loans, Personal Loans ,Insurance, CASA etc.

- Understanding of use of digital tools and technology in growing distribution business along with

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Problem solving skills and ability to deliver with multitasking

- Develop a business plan and ensure execution to achieve the defined targets.

- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers along with their Team Leaders / executives and mentor / guide them to achieve their monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

- People-oriented personality with a high level of people management, training & grooming skill sets

- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives.

- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas/zones

- Ensure monthly/Yearly AOP numbers are met along with add on tasks and multiutility of the team

- Responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products per customer thereby ensuring multiutility of the team.

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed and Budgeted Numbers are achieved.

- Ensure attrition is under control and Team is motivated / guided to perform better.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Direct Sales, Business Development and relationship building in retail financial industry

- Ability to handle large teams under pressure

- Good communication skills and better understanding of MS Office tools.

- Growth Mindset

- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously

- Ability to bulk hire, train and mentoring the team

- Drive passion to build winning teams.

- High degree of process orientation
