JD :

- Achieve Net/Gross additions in Pre Paid segment

- Achieve Net/Gross additions in FWP segments

- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development

- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target

- Implement Sales Management Process

- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score

- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners? end

- APEF Compliance

- Driving Distribution Expansion.

- Scheme formulation for the Channel partners linked with retail expansion.

- Rural Extraction, sales through rural channels, (RD,Hubs,Rural Vans,Canopy)

- Proactively identified innovation and fresh tools to ensure greater distribution width and depth.

- To ensure higher Visibility at retail.

- Analysis of Channel partners performance on various parameters.

- Appointing and Termination of Channel partners.
