1. Setting sales targets and objectives: The sales manager is responsible for establishing sales targets and objectives for the snacks vertically in line with the overall company goals. This includes setting revenue targets, market share objectives, and customer acquisition goals.

2. Developing and implementing sales strategies: sales manager must develop effective sales strategies to achieve the established targets. This includes identifying target markets, defining pricing strategies, and creating promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

3. Coverage consolidation and expansion: sales Manager to make yearly plans and ensure achievement of same.

4. Infrastructure development planning and execution
