To serve as a Zonal Head and implement Annual Operating Plan and stabilize markets YOY sales growth for the assigned zone managing the Organization's & Brand Image at various Markets (GT & MT) & External Stakeholders; to enhance Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS - Channels: Consumer Div (CPD) through Key Accounts, GT, MT, and to harness Digital capabilities.
Sales Strategy Development -
- Coordinated and collaborate with NSM in order to conceptualize and prepare a sales strategy for zonal geographies- in line with Organizational Objectives, Mission, and Vision.
- To assist NSM pertaining to the P&L for the LOB.
- To create a distribution network, induct sales team representatives as per workforce planning, achieve assigned sales targets, and provide periodic dashboards/market insights to the NSM.
- To launch new Markets as per Business Expansion Plan
- To conduct periodic review meetings with the sales team, create and establish congenial environment, performance-oriented, and transparent work culture
- Products categories like Professional Facial Kits, Herbal Facial Kit, etc. Looking for candidates from the cosmetic industry
