The opportunity is for the role of Zonal Sales Manager based out of Mumbai.
Responsibilities of the Job:
Be responsible for developing, expanding, and growing our Office, Retail, Hospitality, builder, healthcare business in West region along with strategic planning, execution, and management of the territory.
- Lead the region with enthusiasm and passion for results.
- Be a thought-leader that is capable of utilizing & cultivating existing business with our key partners, while also collaborating with our local ecosystem to identify and develop new partnerships.
- Be team-oriented, creative, and maintain a consistent approach to support through complex opportunities and challenges.
- Execute sales and deliver operational targets .
- Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.
- Develop, maintain, and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider.
- Hunt for brand new opportunities for the segment . Develop channel ecosystem to maximize projects, client base, finances.
- Create strong synergy in the zone by working closely with other teams, Specification Sales Leads, and other internal personnel to build a winning culture that leads to success in the zone.
- Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
