Zonal Sales Manager - West - Startup
- Handling Retail Channel Network of sellers/resellers
- Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer & Executive wise)
- Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining good business relations with key retailers.
- Alternate Channel set up
- Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale
- Team building and management
- Distributor Selection and Appointment
- Daily distribution channel operations management.
- Maintaining inventory at distributor point
- Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners as per company policy
- Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer & Executive wise)
- Value targets Volume targets Across product Mix
- Product display/visibility. Product /Service availability
- Set up alternate distribution channels for Mobile products. Drive business volume through these channel partners
- Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale
- Team building and management - manage and drive performance through the team
- Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT, Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding and activation experience.
- Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers, retailers, and distributors
- 7-12 years of experience in start-up organizations Sales managing consumer and partner facing business. is preferred MBA Full time from Tier 1 or Tier 2 with the strong academic back ground.
