Zonal Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (AVP or DVP Level)
Looking for a candidate who can handle the entire south India portfolio (Loan Against Securities & Educational Loan) for a leading Bank in India.
Brief on the role : -
Manage a large team of people in the Bank for the Loan Against Securities & Educational Loan business. Job includes achievement of management objectives like Business targets, ensure sales team achieve productivity levels, product achieves profit targets, ensure cost control, adherence of product regulatory norms, and monitor costs & its control.
- Achieve the sales targets.
- Engage with channels and channel partners to drive Business through channels like Branch, Private Banking and other Retail Asset divisions.
- Identify potential areas / channels for business
- Ensure Sales conduct constant training on Product, Channel Management, Personal Effectiveness to Team, Phone Banking & External Sales channels
- Achieve targets for Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products
- Human Resource Management and Team building. To ensure that the team works as a cohesive unit and is ready to adapt to organizational goals and also have a career path to look up to.
- Ensure team achieves productivity levels.
- Lead Management, ensure timely updation, improved quality of leads & high conversion ratios
- Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within the TAT prescribed
- Adherence of Product Regulatory Norms. Accounts are reviewed and monitored for transactions as per internal guidelines
- Relevant Work Experience - Exposure to Marketing in Finance /Broking/Insurance/Mutual Fund industry.
