- Coach and train the team to ensure continuous development of sales and soft skills

- Develop new and nurture existing relationships with KOL's

Profile

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

- Good communication skills

- 12-15 years of sales experience in a multi-national pharma company

- Currently managing wider geography
