Job Description:

- Market strategy for various states with the help of the team and track performance.

- Track of the competitor strategy and make changes accordingly if required.

- Planning on sales services by distributors & dealers by formulating SOP’s and tracking their performance.

- Survey of market on achieving predefined sales target and growth.

- Designing channel development strategies.

Knowledge:

- Technical knowledge of Agro Chemicals.

- Pesticide marketing & sales.

- Recent market trends
