Currently we are looking for Zonal Sales Manager for one of the leading MNC - North.
Job Description :
Key Objectives :
- Define key thrust areas for depots, set specific strategic milestones and drive achievement of milestones by the team.
- Build capability & develop People/team through selection,recruitment,performance management & development of sales team.
- Identify high growth opportunities and prioritize resource deployment for market share gains
- Drive national and area specific demand generation initiatives along with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager while ensuring quality and speed of implementation at depot level.
- Responsible for developing town level plans with the input of the ASM
a) Ensuring the delivery of these town level plans with the input of ASM
b) Creating an environment for delivery of the plans
Functional Responsibilities :
- Interaction with the Regional Logistics Manager on depot operation and supplies
- Interaction with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager on demand generation and activation plans
- Interaction with the Regional Commercial Manager and Accounts department
- Interaction with the Regional Human Resource Manager for all HR functionalities
