Zonal Sales Manager - Paint

Job Description:

- Incumbent shall be responsible for managing Sales & Distribution for Refinish Business

- Shall be responsible for managing annual business of minimum 50-60 Crs.

- Sales Planning for Retail and Body shop Channels- Handling Retail and B2B Verticals

- Ensuring service operations and delivery for key channel partners

- Ensuring alignment of business strategies by coordinating with all key interfaces- Supply Chain, Commercial and Training

- Formulating market specific plans

- Achieving Sales targets

- Managing Receivables effectively

- New Business Development - Channel and End User

- Managing and Developing Customer Relations

- Managing and Developing team members

- Executing marketing and promotional plans

MBA from Premier institute (2014-2016) is mandatory.
