Zonal Sales Manager -- OTC Product Line -- Pharma Channel - Across Metro
- Responsible for expanding the stockist network and achieve set sales targets.
- Conducting BTL activities for various brands
- Designing sales targets and incentive structures for salesmen.
- Managing portfolio of products with major focus .
- Maintain business hygiene at stockiest level by ensuring advanced based payment system, No Dues certificates and Full and final settlements etc.
- Develop a model for utilization of pharma stockist salesmen to promote sales and reach, resulting in direct coverage of chemist outlet.
- Handle successfully brand re-launch for plan targets for subsequent growth.
- Also responsible for expanding pharma channel across the Zone.
- Enroll new pharma shops in new geography.
- Alter the coverage plan to meet the resource requirement and bring in operational efficiency.
- Rural Expand, rural coverage by adding new villages and appointing stockist in every taluka .
- Achieve total turnaround in the given zone.
