A ZSM ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
1. Takes overall responsibility for implementation of the sales strategy in given region through the cascade of performance goals and ensures their constant review
2. Conducts research and reports on future changes in the Health Care (OTC) business to HCD Sales Head Functional Responsibilities
3. HCD Sales & Sales Development Team in developing new strategies and in scanning the market for potential new avenues to generate revenue from untapped markets.
4. Develops the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given / in- charge responsibilities at various levels within the HCD Sales (OTC) Department.
5. Takes responsibility for implementing the developed guidelines for effective distribution channel, and robust dealer networks
6. Monitor the effectiveness of all channel partners.
