Reporting Hierarchy to : Divisional Head /National sales Manager
Division : Ophthalmic
Experience : Post MBA Min 6 years- + of experience in related environment, out of which 2- 3 Yrs. expertise experience with Man management in field of Sales & Marketing (In & out)
CTC : Would depend on the candidate experience & exposure background. (No bar for right candidate, open for negotiation.)
Required Skills
Sales/Business Development
- Implementing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
- Assisting in formulating strategic plans to enhance sales & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth.
- Collecting & collating feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in the service level.
Channel Sales Management
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand the product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Ensuring the stocks and outstanding stocks are in adherence to the defined norms of the company.
Team Management
- Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Conducting sales meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
Mandatory Skills Exposure:
- Should be Extremely good communicator in English and presentable with team management skills.
- Should be a go-getter, ready to take up challenges and accomplish the tasks at hand.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales, Marketing & Business Development principles & understanding.
- Should be expertise in team Management, Leadership, Analytical, Decision & Strategy Maker.
