1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve primary and secondary revenue targets for the Zone
- On-boarding new Business Partners
2. Channel Management:
- Maximize counter share at various stores
3. Inventory Forecast/Planning:
- Share the monthly inventory projections to the Supply Chain team
4. Devising incentives for Sales team
5. Demand Generation:
- Work closely with trade marketing team to devise/execute on ground BTL activities
- Channel Expansion - Identify new channels for product placement with in the zone
7. Team Management:
- Lead the team of 4-5 State Heads and a BTL manager in the zone
- Training/Mentoring team members
Education/Skills:
- MBA from a tier 1/2 B-School
- Exemplary execution skills
Experience:
- 4 years + experience in a leadership role in Sales function (FMCG/FMCD/Pharma) post MB
Miscellaneous:
- Local Language is a plus
- Achievement of revenue targets for the Zone
- Lead/Build/Mentor the team of 4-5 state heads
- Foster relationship with key trade partners
- Channel Expansion in the zone
