1. Will be responsible for the sales & distribution of office Products (stationary) division products for entire South region comprising of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Telangana/New Andhra & Kerala.
2. Team strength will be 10 Managers & 35+ Sales Officers along with 550+ channel partners comprising of Distributors & dealers.
3. Should have thorough knowledge about the entire geography of Southern state.
4. Should possess team building skills and proper experience in managing a large territory and bigger team.
5. Will be responsible for Sales i.e. TOP Line as well as bottom line
6. Training to the sales team by examples is one of his key roles.
7. Reviews to be taken on weekly basis on achievement vs. tasks of team mates as well as self.
8. Team meetings will be more for increasing productivity and new outlet activation.
9. Should generate newer ideas/schemes and execute the same to increase market share.
10. Reporting has to be as per pre-set time lines and in discipline.
11. Should carry relevant experience in managing CFA & company run depots.
12. Will have to play an important role in stocks planning & indenting.
13. Financial discipline of channel partners is one of his vital KRA's.
14. Stock ageing needs to be monitored to ensure healthy inventory as per norms
15. Strategic thinking in terms identifying gaps and eliminating weakness.
16. He will be handling a team of BM's & sales officers, hence should have good experience in managing a team.
17. Understanding seasonality and should plan sales accordingly
18. Would be preferable if he has experience in handling CRM application for secondary tracking.
