Zonal Sales Manager - North & East - BFSI

Looking for a candidate from Banks, Fintech, NBFC, BFSI Sector only who is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage CSM ASM and Channel for North & East Region.

- Lead a team of AMDs, RMs & above team members.

- Responsible for Zonal P&L

- Relationships with the companies' staff for driving cross sell.

- Relationship management with the organization's Area Heads and Regional Heads of BD/Sales.

- Training and upskilling of staff.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of experience of leading channel sales & large sales team.

- High on energy drive focus - Execution oriented.

- Digital quotient, CRM exposure, Analytical bent of mind.

- High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming

- Excellent communication.
