- New business development - establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in operational States.
- Appointing channel partner network to increase penetration and market presence
Develop and Implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts throughout North India step by step.
- Ensuring the productivity of Sales Team as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales
- Leading & Mentoring the Sales team towards success
- Lead Team in Project Execution Develop and facilitate the team to achieve the set targets and deadlines
KRAs are:
1) Develop distributors (& retailers) in region
2) Sales linked promotional schemes
3) Institutional Visits and Sales
4) Developing combo schemes
5) Strong communication & presentation skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- ( Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization)
- Proven track record of generating high sales target
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in India
- Strong team leading skills and business acumen skills
- Must be goal oriented and energetic
- Expertise in business initiatives
- Being well informed about current industry trends, competitive issues and services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
