Zonal Sales Manager - Loan Against Shares - NBFC - West

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional for the role of Zonal Sales Manager for the West region, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 14 years of experience in NBFCs (focused on Capital Markets), Private Sector Banks, Wealth Management, or Stock Broking Firms. The ZSM will be responsible for driving business growth, deal origination, and expanding revenue streams, while managing and leading a team. Strong sectoral knowledge, established relationships within the industry, and an eye for detail are essential.

Location: Mumbai (Team-handling role)

Reporting to: Vice President

Experience Required:

Mumbai: 10-14 years of experience

Other Locations (Bangalore, Delhi): 5-10 years of experience

Educational Qualifications:- Management degree from a premier institute is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market analysis to identify target industries and key players within the listed and unlisted stock markets.

- Build and manage external channels for business sourcing, such as DCM, IB Teams, Wealth Management, and other relevant sectors.

- Identify funding opportunities in unlisted stocks.

- Lead and grow the business in the designated region, focusing on deal origination and revenue growth.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

- Essential Skills: Strong networking, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.

- Desirable Skills: Multitasking and the ability to work independently.

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and structures.

- Proven experience in managing both internal and external channels, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Target Industry Background:

- Candidates should have experience as Senior RMs or business-side professionals from the NBFC space, Private Sector Banks (Retail Division), Wealth Management Teams, or Stock Broking Firms.
