Zonal Sales Manager - LAP - Cross Sell/Branch Channel

We are a rapidly growing bank seeking a Zonal Head - LAP through Branch Channel to drive the growth of our Loan Against Property (LAP) business across multiple branches in a designated zone. This leadership role requires developing and implementing a comprehensive LAP business strategy, leading a team of branch managers and relationship managers, and achieving LAP sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

The Zonal Head will be responsible for creating and executing an effective business development plan, identifying market trends, and monitoring competitor activities. They will lead, motivate, and mentor the branch managers and relationship managers, setting targets and providing training to enhance performance.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in LAP or mortgage lending. Strong knowledge of LAP products, credit appraisal, and risk management practices is required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The Zonal Head will also oversee risk management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. They will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, branch managers, and internal departments. Prompt resolution of customer issues and maintaining a customer-centric approach are essential.
