- Responsible for identification and opening of new EBOs, MBOs and Kiosk formats.
- Handling North Region for Business development and Offline Retail Sales.
- Responsible for Retail Operations and Marketing for existing stores in north region
- Making business profitable for franchisee and expanding distribution base in region.
- Team Handling ( Conducting Training Program, Managing Mystery Shopping Program, Motivating and team members incentivization)
- Market development
- Implementation of Schemes.
- Man power planning at distribution for proper market coverage.
- Maintain MIS on sell through and discount percentage.
- Coordination with head office on market feedback related to design and market requirement.
- Establish the stock standards & replenishment cycles for optimizing stock turns.
