Objective of the position:
This position will handle a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Relationship Managers (Number as per business requirement) and generate business from the assigned geography.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the business in the defined geography
- Responsible for suggesting and discussing key marketing initiatives in the zone with National Sales Head and other key stakeholders as and when required
- Responsible for keeping a tab on the competitions activity in and around the zone and assist National Sales Head in devising the Sales and Growth Strategy for the zone
- Responsible for the teams- growth and performance
- Responsible for the performance analysis of the team and work with respective functions in ensuring the performance levels stay appreciable
- Responsible for regular training of the team
- Responsible for ensuring timely reporting of MIS/ other reports by self and team
