Position: Zonal Sales Manager (West - Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa)
Grade/ level: Vice - President
Reports to: Head - Agency
Purpose of the role: To manage agency sales force so as to achieve the regional sales and distribution objectives
Candidate must haves:
- MBA (Preferred) with 12 to 15 years of total work experience preferably with Agency Sales Experience in the Insurance sector
Key Result Areas:
- Delivers New Business premium and Value of New Business (VNB) targets for the region
- Grows and expands the agency sales force as per regional blueprint
- Achieves organizational persistence in target
- Responsible for retention, growth and satisfaction of agency workforce
- Achieves product mix sales targets
- Drives adherence to sales management process, need based selling and regulatory/compliance requirements
