Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the NBFC clients.
- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel.
- Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver NOP's in compliance with organization's goals.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the closure of deals related to the partner's customer insurance needs.
- Provide appropriate advice to existing and potential clients with regard to their insurance requirements and existing portfolios.
- To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting, and product teams of General Insurance companies.
- To assist in the closure of large deals in your region, in collaboration with the Sales team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA will be strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2Bsales, preferably 3+ years' experience in NBFC segment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric focus.
- Detail and compliance orientation.
- Potential to build and lead a team
- Confidence to start as a individual contributor and build the segment.
