We have an urgent opening with a leading construction equipments firm, for the post of Zonal Sales Manager.
Location:Bhopal/Ahmedabad
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others
2. Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability targets
3. Achieves the regional customer care targets
4. Ensure & develop plan for Dealer development/ Channel Management
5. Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
6. Directs all service and customer care activities within the region inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
7. Leads the Sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, and career development
8. Develop and leverage relationships with channel partners to achieve region's target as well as channel partner's bottom line
9. Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking
10. Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision
11. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations
