One of my esteemed client a global leader is looking for an exceptional Sales professional for the position of Zonal Sales Manager to head and manage their sales and marketing are two Pin the respective Zones.  Detailed description of the job:  - To lead the brand in gaining leadership position in 3 years  - Develop & execute the distribution/ dealer appointment roadmap for the zone  - Achieve primary & secondary sales for the zone as per the targets  - Forecasting demand and Inventory management at distributor/ dealer levels  - Completely responsible for order to collection cycle.  - Ensuring regular beats by Sales Consultants/ TSR/ distributors as per the agreed plan and monitor extraction   - Achieve desired display share, POS deployment and Product training to the dealers  - Build brand visibility in desired channels through BTL activities  - Design and execute schemes for distributors/ dealers/ consumers  - Drive product awareness in the influencer segments like architects/ interior designers/ opinion makers to build preference for the brand  - Monitor competition and evolve winning tactical strategies at the shop-floors  - To travel extensively to all the regions and working closely with each distributer in ensuring each regional distributors achieving the set targets and owns complete responsibilities for the deliveries and supports to the distributors.   Product Portfolio:  - Built-in Hoods / hobs/ Ovens/ MWOs / Dishwashers / Induction   Key Channels:   - Kitchen Dealers   - Sanitary & Hardware Stores   - Appliances Stores   - Exclusive Shop in Shops / Brand Stores   Key Skills:  - Leadership skills  - Proven track record in setting up & managing dealer/ distributor network  - Man management skills  - Analytical skills  - Persuasive ability  BASIC SKILLS / QUALIFICATION:  Educational Qualification:  - BE/MBA from a good institute
