Openings for the position of a Zonal Sales Manager with a leading Health and Food Supplements (OTC Products) Company.
Looking for people experienced in General Trade, Modern Trade, Sales/ Business Development.
People from FMCG/Pharma division are highly preferable.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve primary and secondary revenue targets for the Zone
On-boarding new Business Partners
Channel Management-Maximize counter share at various stores.
Inventory Forecast/Planning- Share the monthly inventory projections to the Supply Chain team.
Devising incentives for Sales team.
Demand Generation-Work closely with trade marketing team to devise/execute on ground BTL activities.
Channel Expansion - Identify new channels for product placement with in the zone.
Team Management - Lead the team of 4-5 State Heads and a BTL manager in the zone
Training/Mentoring team members
Requirements:
Local Language is a plus
Achievement of revenue targets for the Zone
Lead/Build/Mentor the team of 4-5 state heads
Inventory Planning and Forecast
Foster relationship with key trade partners
Devising incentives for Sales Force
Channel Expansion in the zone
Skills:
- MBA from a tier 1/2 B-School
- Exemplary execution skills
- Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Experience:
- 4 years + experience in a leadership role in Sales function (FMCG/Pharma) post MBA.
- Familiarity/prior work experience with the territory is a must.
