- Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the Gold Loan Business.

- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel.

- Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver NOP's in compliance with organization's goals.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the closure of deals related to the partner's customer insurance needs.

- Provide appropriate advice to existing and potential clients with regard to their insurance requirements and existing portfolios.

- To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting, and product teams of General Insurance companies.

- To assist in the closure of large dealsin your region, in collaboration with the Sales team.

- Coordinate with the impaneled insurers for getting quotes as and when required to assist in the new client account closure.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline, MBA will be strongly preferred.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably 3+ year's experience in in gold loan segment.

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer-centric focus.

- Detail and compliance orientation.

- Potential to build and lead a team

- Confidence to start as a individual contributor and build the segment.
