Urgent hiring for Zonal Sales Manager- North
1. Distribution Management - Identification of distribution gaps & accordingly territory alignment & appointments
2. Designing a Sustainable and cost effective Distribution Network and Strengthening the Capability of the existing partners.
3. Responsible for the overall business revenue, market share and branch operation of the North
4. Design sales strategies for the States in alignment with the National Strategies for the Sales operation
5. Periodic performance analysis of sales data within a month and also post monthly basis.
6. Periodic evaluation of performance of efficiency parameter against plans
7. Territory mapping and market segmentation to identify new customers to market various products and increase market share
8. Sales Management - Meeting monthly & quarterly sales targets (Primary/ Secondary/ Tertiary/ Sellouts)
