Job Description - The role will lead sales for Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh- the biggest zone in India for the client (over INR 250 cr/yr)

- Having a legacy of more than 7 decades, they are an industry behemoth poised to make some giant strides towards creating a Best in Class Sales Platform
- Their brands enjoy strong leadership positions in their respective categories; to the extent that in some of them, the brands are equivalent to the categories
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales objectives by driving volume, value, market share
- Driving top line by effectively managing channel partners
- Driving sales by designing plans and programs, efficiently managing and monitoring the team
- Have a constant eye on development of his team in terms of their skills, approach and conceptual strength
- Preferred Age Group: 33-37
- Technical Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Behavioural Competencies: Resilience, Result orientations, Leadership
