Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Reporting: Branch Head

Direct Reports: 4-5 ASMs

1. Location: Chennai (Covering Kerala & Tamil Nadu)

Department: Sales

Job Purpose:

Create and deploy a strong roadmap for the accelerated and sustainable achievement of channel business objectives, including topline growth and offtakes.

Key Stakeholders:

- Internal: Field Team

- External: Channel Partners

Pre-requisite Role Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA from a Premier 'B' School

- Experience: 8-10 years of work experience, primarily in FMCG

- Preferred Age Group: 34-36 years

Technical Competencies:

- Strong commercial acumen

- Excellent analytical skills

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Objectives: Deliver sales objectives by driving volume, value, and market share.

- Category Planning: Plan and drive category-based strategies to maximize sales.

- Channel Management: Drive topline growth by effectively managing channel partners.

- Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales plans and programs; efficiently manage and monitor the sales team.

People Management:

- High Standards: As a people manager, set high standards of delivery and expectations for the team.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively influence and engage with stakehol
