- Handling entire channel network for assigned territory.
- Leading team of ASM & Sales Executive.
- Setting of targets on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.
- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives.
- Manpower deployment to optimize returns from each territory weeding out/reconfiguring territories as per changing business needs; devising customer coverage policy.
- Develop and maintain customer contacts with opinion leaders and identify opportunities and changing trends in sales management.
Candidate Criteria:
- Candidate should have knowledge of 1-2 States of West Region.
- Candidate should be from FMCG background
