Zonal Sales Manager for a leading FMCG Compnay

We are Looking for Zonal Sales Manager for one of our reputed client in FMCG sector.

Location: Mumbai & Chennai

Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with MBA with at least 8-14 yrs of experience in Sales in FMCG.

Division: Snacks

Age: Below 40 Years of age.

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Role:

- To Meet the Topline Objectives set for the region.

- The meet the infrastructure and Distribution numbers decided for the year.

- To build a well trained and aligned team of ASMs, TSOs, SRs and distributors which will help us build a strong business going forward in the region.

- Distributor Management, in terms of Profitability, Claim Settlement, Settlement and satisfaction.

- Coach and train the Sales force for effectively delivering on Programs, topline and Numbers.

- Cost management to improve Bottomline.

- Credibility management of CKPL to the internal and external customers/ Vendors.

- Put in process which can help a smooth execution.

Responsibility:

- Prepare an annual Sales and Distribution infrastructure Plan.

- Execute the Annual plan by effective programs during the full year.

- Device programs/ Activities, which can help us achieve the Annual topline Sales, Distribution and infrastructure numbers.

- Effectively review the progress on a JC/ Quarterly basis on the Sales and Distribution plan and thereby making necessary corrections to the execution.

- Identify, Recruit and Manage the approved Man power – including ASMs, TSOs – so that the Region has a competent and aligned manpower, capable of executing the Management objectives.

- Be a coach to train the field force to deliver on all identified Efficiency Metrics.

- Manage cost for the Region, which will in turn help us meet the Division P&L.

- Complete management of Distributor ROI – thereby leading to Distribution satisfaction.

- Distributor appointment as per the infrastructure plan – as per the identified norms of distribution.

- Distributor management in terms of Claim settlement, Redressal of issues, Order delivery and settlement.

- Process implementation across Claim settlement, Market coverage, Report writing, Review process – to develop a efficient environment.

- Aid Marketing in achieving Marketing related objectives, thru effective implementation of Programs and help in achieving Sales metrics.

- Interaction with Cross Functional teams, where necessary to ensure a smooth operations.

- The job holder should be proactive and be Result oriented.

- The incumbent should be a self starter.

- The incumbent is the custodian of the region and manages the region through sales and commercial team.

- The incumbent should be able to take tough calls on the job.

- Should venture into new avenues of growth.

- Should be able to think on his own and able to modify schemes and suggest according to the local needs.

- Incumbent needs to mentor, coach and motivate the team in achieving sales budget.

- Capable of Motivating and Energizing others.

- Should be a Good Negotiater.

- Should be capable of resolving Problems.
