Job Purpose : Create and deploy strong Roadmap for accelerated and sustainable channel business objectives delivery (Topline, Offtakes)
Key Stakeholders : Internal - Field Team
External - Channel Partners
Pre-requisite Role Requirements :
Qualification: MBA Premier 'B' School
Experience: 8 - 10 years of work experience, Primarily FMCG
Preferred Age Group: 33-35
- Technical Competencies : Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Behavioural Competencies: Resilience, Result orientations, Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales objectives by driving volume, value, market share
- Planning and driving category based plans
- Driving top line by effectively managing channel partners
- Driving sales by designing plans and programs, efficiently managing and monitoring the team
People Management :
- Being a People Manager set very high standards of delivery and expectation from his team
- High degree of capability of moving the needle with stakeholders
- Have a constant eye on development of his team in terms of their skills, approach and conceptual strength
