Zonal Sales Manager-ZSM
Job Description :
The ZSM is responsible for growth of sales and market share
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Driving the sales and market share in the region and ensure the sales target are achievement by his sales team.
- Undertake yearly & monthly detailed sales forecasting, planning and execution
- Driving both B2C and B2B sales in the region to achieve sales, market penetration and channel expansion targets
- Help develop and drive sales strategy by providing market information, insights, ideas and drive strategic initiatives
- Lead, develop and train his sales team.
- Prepare budget & monitor expenditure and drive certain BTL marketing activities
- Generate insights around competitors- activities and provide inputs to corporate team.
- Should conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure targets are achieved.

- Skill in both written and verbal communication
Required Experience :
- 8 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Building Materials Industry like paints, building adhesives etc
- 5 years of experience in driving both distributor driven channel sales and B2B sales
- Experience of driving significant market presence for new product in the market
- Experience of handling BTL and other channel engagement activities
Required Qualification :
- Graduate from a reputed institute preferably an engineering degree.
- MBA in Marketing and Sales from a reputed institute.
