Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG
Responsibilities :
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire North region.
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans.
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM.
- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM.
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of \ Trade Marketing resources.
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy.
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts.
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.
