- Plan various sales strategies

- To lead the teams of ASM & Sales Officer in the respective areas

- Identification & penetration of new market segments

Candidate Profile :- Responsible to handle turnover: - 250 Cr. Turn Over (Currently should be handling more than 200 Cr.

Experience: - Should have experience of more than 10 Years working with good FMCG companies (should have experience in East )

Qualification: MBA in sales & marketing

Experience:10-12 years
