We are currently hiring for a Zonal Sales Manager for one of the leading eCommerce companies for Dietary supplements and health devices, founded in 2011.
1. Sales & Business Development
a. Achieve primary and secondary revenue targets for the Zone
b. On-boarding new Business Partners
2. Channel Management
a. Maximize counter share at various stores
3. Inventory Forecast/Planning
a. Share the monthly inventory projections to the Supply Chain team
4. Devising incentives for Sales team
5. Demand Generation:
a. Work closely with trade marketing team to devise/execute on ground BTL activities
6. Channel Expansion - Identify new channels for product placement with in the zone
7. Team Management
a. Lead the team of 4-5 State Heads and a BTL manager in the zone
b. Training/Mentoring team members
Education/Skills:
1. MBA from a tier 1/2 B-School
3. Exemplary execution skills
3. Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
4. Proficient in MS Office
Experience:
1. 4 years + experience in a leadership role in Sales function (FMCG/FMCD/Pharma) post MBA
2. Familiarity/prior work experience with the territory is a must
Miscellaneous:
1. Local Language is a plus
2.Achievement of revenue targets for the Zone
3. Lead/Build/Mentor the team of 4-5 state heads
4. Inventory Planning and Forecast
5. Foster relationship with key trade partners
6. Devising incentives for Sales Force
