Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor dynamics.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
