Job Description: The role will manage key markets like Delhi, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand with a business size of 100+ crore for multiple channels
Client Details: The client is a listed FMCD player with operations in over 30 countries. Globally, they are the largest manufacturer of the categories they operate in, with a turnover in the order of 1000 crores and a legacy of over 4 decades.
Description:
- Implement different Programs and schemes to get desired results through General trade and retail
- Promote sales plans, trade programs, distributor and partner meets, exhibitions to ensure sales growth
- Develop Distribution plans and alternate channels to achieve maximum market penetration and increase sales volume
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales
- Guide and motivate the sales team
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners- Franchise owners and Distributors
