- Graduate / MBA with total 10-15 years of experience with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of TW Business and its profit drivers
- Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills - ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams/ Solution provider
- Manage business operation of the region for Two Wheeler Loans and Cross Sell
- Track and Manage Product Profitability (P&L) and portfolio
- Manage team of TSMs/ SM's to ensure achievement of set business parameters
- P&L - Profitability along with consistent business growth
- Business Parameters - Target penetration, Target Nos. & Value, Target Cross Sell
- Income Parameters - IRR, PF, Doc Charges, Insurance, Other HDB Product cross sell opportunity, Team Productivity matrix.
- Manage - PDD RC / Other Docs.
- Compliance, FTR and TAT
- Audit - Non- starters, High PDD dealers, SMs and line team on Compliance.
