Our client is a business incubator. They provide business acceleration services to companies operating in dairy, renewable energy, agri logistics, rural and agri infra, animal feed, water management and farm productivity sectors.
They are privately owned by one of India's leading business families and have exceptionally strong promoter credentials with access to good quality capital, a long term commitment and an in-depth understanding of the Rural, Food and Agri-Business sector.
The company is looking for a Zonal Sales Manager for its Cattle Feed Division. As a Zonal Sales lead you are expected to :
- Drive and manage the sales programs for the defined Zone
- Create Annual Plans, budgets & forecasts to achieve business goal
- Evolving & achieving the annual sales plan/ quarterly sales plans for the defined region, referring to budgets, coverage and volume.
- Owning and achieving order booking, revenue and collection numbers
- Appoint and lead channel partners in the territory. Monitor overall zone performance and ensure product wise business targets are achieved.
- Evaluate channel partner contribution & productivity to devise strategy and measure to enhance their performance.
- Motivates & Develops people within the team by offering reassurance, guidance, mentoring, and coaching
- Update the management with progress, achievements, deviations and targets.
Ideal candidate profile would be as follows :
- Should have experience in sales in Delhi and/ or two more states
- MBA in marketing or equivalent degree from premier institute.
- Should have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel
- Industry preference: FMCG
