- Responsible for sales( disbursement ) for the region
- Region business volumes- Logins / sanctionsdisbursement
- Team recruitment & retention
- Cross sell to existing customers
- Soft collection
- Liaison with bank credit team for smoother TAT
- BTL activation
- Team Management / training
- Team Productivity
- Responsible for third party product penetration
- Responsible for developer and DMA relations
Key performance indicators :
- Disbursement budgets
- Productivity & Origination quality norms
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Exp: 7-15years
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
- Region volumes & profitability
- Very good understanding of HL & LAP business in the region
