Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

This position is responsible to set goals, long term and short term. Will have to develop business plan and drive business across the Zone. Overdue Management for all the customers.

This position is a part of the Middle - Top Management Team, expected to take overall view and contribute towards setting the direction of the Company.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Sales:

- Analysing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.

- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Instrumental in Product development as per market requirements and risk policies

- Accountable for Superior Customer Services delivery/support, process adherence, and product training to maintain and strong client relationship

Team Management:

- Build, Lead, train and motivate team of mangers ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.

- Guiding & Leading the branch managers in understanding deliverables as per local flavor and thereby identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets

Credit Management:

- Supervising initial credit screening of proposals & assuring adherence to company norms.

- Optimizing quality of portfolio through implementing effective fraud & credit control policies.

- Capacity to understand the business of the customer and initial assessment of credit worthiness.

Principal / Manufacturer’s Relationship:

- Creating and Maintaining relationships with Sr. management of manufacturers / Principals.

- Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.

- Working with them closely to develop various products for the Company

Over Due Management

- Identifying high-risk Cases & implementing result oriented recovery plans to manage delinquency within pre-set company norms.

- Appointing & managing service providers like lawyers, Government Agencies etc.

Operations Management

- Ensure smooth operations along with maintaining predefined TAT.

- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.

Education:

Any Graduate with MBA Finance /Marketing
