Zonal Sales Manager - Bancassurance Motor/Auto & Construction
Role Objective:
- Generating maximum business from motor insurance products through Bancassurance model from the assigned region.
- Managing a team of unit sales managers, sales managers and area sales managers.
- Business Development through channel or direct sales - scouting for new business, management of existing business, identifying new avenues of business growth
- Cultivating amicable relations with Bancassurance partners, manufacturers, Dealers and Key Direct Accounts.
- Provide regular insurance distribution related training (products and processes) to the team.
- Liaison with the Operations team in rolling out day-to-day processes.
- Feedback to risk, product managers, sales team on product customization, ratings etc.
