Zonal Sales Manager - B2B/Enterprise Sales ( IT /Telecom Background Preferred)
Responsibilities :
ZSM will be responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of technology solutions and business lines by building and leading teams in a Zone.
Key Roles:
- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the Zone working closely with Top Management
- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions
- Develop and maintain the partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions
- Take decisions on Zone level pricing decisions for customized solutions
- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines
- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
- Drive launch of new products within their zone Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Prior experience of managing and leading a team
- People with minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong project management and coordination skills
Salary range: 8 - 12 LPA
