ZSM Agrochemicals (Pesticides)

- To achieve sales targets (Primary & Secondary) through the sales team and to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products in the market.

- Appoint network of retailers/dealers/distributors/Sales Stockiest to enhance market penetration and business

- Substantial percentage increase in revenue generated from the key accounts and Increase company product market share in the region.

- The Zonal manager's responsibilities involve supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, administration, and other duties as assigned by the VP.

- The Zonal manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favorable image of the company.

- The Zonal manager serves as a leader to his or her team of associates and should support the VP for carrying out Business Targets

Qualification And Experience:

1. BSc (Agri) + MBA (Marketing) With 15+ years Experience in Pesticides & should have managed a minimum P&L of INR 100-150 CR business driving both top-line and bottom-line.

2. Excellent Tracker record in Sales and Business development.

3. Ideal candidate should have been a successful field sales professional at Zonal level

4. Good Knowledge of Market of Agchem, esp for their core markets (where Urea also sells) will be a must have, esp since the individual needs to be able to assess the market potential of an existing molecule and be able to set up the sourcing linkages as well for the same

5. Knowing the Regulatory environment for sales of pesticides in various states and ensuing compliance.

6. Experienced / led organizational transformation
