Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.

- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and key accounts within the assigned territory.

- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to maximize sales potential.

- Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with customers.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

- Conduct market research to identify competitor activity, market trends, and potential opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions.

- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and market positioning.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and manage inventory levels effectively.

- Monitor and manage sales expenses within budget.

- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
